This policy covers the Driving School Startup Kit, a digital product.
If the Startup Kit isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase at hello@howtoopenadrivingschool.com and we'll refund your payment in full. You don't need a detailed reason — we'd rather you be satisfied than stuck with something you can't use.
The kit is delivered as an instant download (a PDF workbook and an editable spreadsheet) immediately after checkout. Because it's a digital product you download and keep, refunds are handled manually by email rather than automatically.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. If you bought through a third-party checkout provider, the refund is processed through that provider.
